Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All Rachel’s Puzzles Original items are printed when ordered so refunds are granted only in the case of manufacturing mistakes/ defects or damage to the product through delivery.

To complete your refund, you must notify us within 30 days of purchase.

Send a picture of the damage to rachelspuzzles@gmail.com. Please include your name, address, and order number.

Refunds

Once your information is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your information about the manufacturer mistake/defect or delivery damage.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Because Rachel’s Puzzles Originals are printed when ordered, we are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email within 30 days of purchase to rachelspuzzles@gmail.com . Please include a picture of the item.

All other items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange an item that is not a Rachel’s Puzzles Original, send an email within 30 days of purchase to rachelspuzzles@gmail.com. Please include a picture of the item.
